Prodoito is a small online shop in India that takes orders through Instagram direct messages. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
When you comment on our posts or message us on Instagram, we receive your Instagram username, account ID and the messages you send. When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, pincode, the product you chose and your payment method.
Only to answer your questions, process and deliver your order, and send you order updates such as tracking details. An automated assistant helps reply to messages; its replies are generated by AI services (Google Gemini or Groq) that process message text on our behalf.
If you create an account in our shopping app, we store your name, mobile number, saved delivery addresses, your orders and chat messages, and a securely hashed (never readable) password. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Account → Delete account; order records we must keep for deliveries, returns and the law are kept without your account.
Businesses that sell on Prodoito give us their business name, contact name, email, mobile/WhatsApp number, optional city, GSTIN and description, product listings with photos and videos, and payment records for their plan. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes. Product pages show the business name, city and WhatsApp contact so buyers can reach the seller. Sellers can delete their account and listings at any time in the Seller Hub.
We share your delivery details only with the supplier and courier needed to deliver your order. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Data is stored securely on Cloudflare servers and kept only as long as needed for orders, returns and legal requirements.
To have your data deleted, send us a direct message on Instagram saying "delete my data". We will delete your messages and order details within 7 days, except records we must keep by law.
